Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

quality wigs and hair products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Refund,

Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all wigs, hair extensions, and hair-
related products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are encouraged to review

product descriptions, images, and specifications before placing an order.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
1. The customer receives an incorrect item.
2. The customer receives a damaged or defective item.
3. The item delivered is significantly different from the item ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
• The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase and photographs of the item must be provided.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wigs that have been worn, cut, styled, coloured, altered, or washed.
• Custom-made or personalised orders.
• Sale or clearance items unless defective.
• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling by the customer.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible items may be exchanged where:
• An incorrect item was supplied.
• The item received is defective or damaged.
• The requested exchange item is available in stock.

Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.

5. REFUND POLICY

Approved refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:
• The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be supplied.
• The customer receives a defective or incorrect item and a replacement cannot be provided.
• A return has been approved and received by us in acceptable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, although
processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched,
cancellation may no longer be possible.
